Your personal data protection is important to us. We process your data only in compliance with the law (the GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2000, the Telecommunications Act 2003). Below you will find the most important aspects of data processing as part of our business relationship and our website.
2. Data collection and processing
We process data that you provide to us as a customer to take pre-contractual measures and conclude a contract. Data are processed for the following purposes: as part of our business relations by a computer (e.g. e-mail correspondence, graphic programs, database) and in the form of archived text documents (e.g. correspondence, contracts, plans, decisions, legal files, personalized invoices, document submission confirmations) to take pre-contractual measures and perform a contract and for marketing purposes.
Legal grounds for data processing
Data are processed pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR (initiation and performance of a contract). In order for us to perform your order in the most satisfying manner to you, we need your data. Furthermore, data are processed pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR (legitimate marketing and advertising interest) or Article 6 (1) (a) (consent). We would like to inform you, as our potential client, about our current and specific services and projects.
3. Contact us
When you contact us by e-mail, data you provide will remain on our e-mail server to process your inquiry and in case of further questions. They will be archived or deleted after approx. 1 year. We do not share these data without your consent.
4. Use and transfer of personal data
We use your data only to perform a contract, answer your inquiries, as well as for accounting, billing and technical administration purposes. We share your personal data if it is necessary to perform a contract, for billing purposes or if you have given your consent to do so. Your data are deleted when they are no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which they were stored, or when their storage is illegal. The deletion request does not affect data collected for billing and accounting purposes, including product liability issues.
5.Cookies
Our website uses cookies. They are small text files that are placed in the memory of your browser or an end device when you visit the website. They do not damage your end device. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Therefore, we can recognize your browser the next time you visit the website. In Austria, it is the Data Protection Authority.
